Your tasks:

• Written and telephone customer contact is in the best hands with you
• You will also support the weighing of incoming and outgoing materials, including material checks, and prepare weighing notes and outgoing documents
• You will also reliably help us with general processing and office activities as well as order acceptance, order control and invoicing
• Your strong communication skills will always stand you in good stead

Your profile:

• You don't necessarily need a commercial qualification, much more important to us are a willingness to learn and motivation - career changers are very welcome!
• As an absolute team player, a high level of commitment, flexibility and a friendly and professional demeanour towards customers are at the top of your list
• You are familiar with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
• Independent, structured and customer-orientated work as well as a high level of service complete your profile
